Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of 001.fm, its website, its interface and its connector for AI assistants (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you are.

The Service is an interface for creating, finding and trading tokens on the Solana blockchain. It prepares transactions for you to review and sign; it does not sign or send them for you.

We do not operate the blockchain, the bonding curves or the markets tokens trade on, and we cannot reverse, cancel or change a transaction once it is confirmed on chain. Tokens launched through the Service exist on chain independently of it.

The Service is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, tokens, private keys or seed phrase, and we will never ask for them. You alone are responsible for your wallet, its security and every transaction you sign with it.

When you launch a token, you are its creator and you are responsible for it: its name, ticker, image, description, links and how it is promoted. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights, impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead buyers.

A token's name, ticker, pair and creator-fee settings are permanent once it is launched. We may hide, delist or label any token or content on the Service at our discretion, including to comply with the law or to protect users. This does not affect the token on chain.

Tokens on the Service are created by their users, not by us, unless we say otherwise. Our listing a token is not an endorsement of it.

Some tokens can be paired with tokenized stocks issued by third parties. Tokenized stocks are not shares and do not give you the rights of a shareholder. They are not available in every country, and they are not available to US persons. You may not acquire or use them where that is prohibited.

On launches with a custom creator-fee split, 10% of the creator fees is paid to the protocol. This is written into the token at launch and shown on the launch form before you sign. We charge no platform fee on trades made through the Service.

Network fees, and the fees of the markets and protocols a transaction uses, are separate and are not set by us.

You can connect AI assistants provided by third parties to the Service. An assistant can read public information and prepare launches or trades as approval links. Nothing happens until you open a link, check it and sign in your own wallet.

Assistants can make mistakes. Always check what a link prepares before you sign. We are not responsible for what an assistant says, and your use of an assistant is also governed by its provider's terms.

Tokens are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Most tokens launched on bonding curves never graduate. Prices, market caps, holder counts and other figures on the Service are informational, can be delayed or wrong, and are not a guarantee of anything.

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Only use funds you can afford to lose, and do your own research.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, including sanctions, securities and anti-money-laundering laws;
• defraud others, manipulate markets or impersonate any person, project or organisation;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit;
• disrupt, overload or attack the Service, or get around its limits;
• access the Service through automated means in a way that harms it or its users.

The Service relies on third parties, including the Solana network, wallets, the protocols tokens launch and trade on, data and routing providers, and AI assistants. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, funds or data, arising from your use of the Service, of tokens, or of third-party services. You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from the tokens you launch and the content you upload.

We may change the Service or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
